Goal-Oriented Mindset is a free app with In-App Purchases. With the free version, you can add a number of items to each section to see how you like the app before purchasing it. I have included an overview of each section in the app.
Goals
Use the Goals section to keep a list of the Goals you want to accomplish. For each Goal, you can add an Action Plan and set the Goal as a Priority. When you add a Goal with an Action Plan, there will be a “clipboard” to the right of the Goal. To view the Action Plan, just tap the “clipboard” button.
You can sort Goals by Due Date (default) and Category. To change the default sort, go to the “Settings & Support” section.
To view your Completed Goals, tap the “folder” button (bottom left).
Add Goals: To add a Goal select the “+” button (top right). When adding a Goal, you have the option to add as much or as little information as you want, the only required section is the Goal. To add an Action Plan to the Goal, just tap the “clipboard” button in the toolbar. To set the Goal as a Priority, tap the “priority” button in the toolbar.
Goal Details: This screen shows you details about your Goal. To view the Action Plan for the Goal, tap “clipboard” button in the toolbar. To mark the Goal as completed, tap the “checkmark box” (bottom right). Once you complete a Goal, it will be moved to the Completed Goals section. To edit the Goal, tap the “Edit” button (top right). To delete a Goal, select the “Trash Can” (bottom left).
Action Plan: This is a list of items that you need to do to accomplish your Goal. The Action Plan can be sorted by Due Date (default) or Category. To change the default sort option, go to the “Settings & Support” section. Mark an item as completed by tapping the “checkmark box” (to the right of the item).
Add an Item: Add an item to the Action Plan by tapping the “+” button (top right). You can add as much information as you want. The only required section is “Action”. Tap the “priority” button (toolbar) to set the item as a Priority.
Item Details: This screen shows you the details of the item. To mark the Goal as completed, tap the “checkmark box” (bottom right). To edit the item, tap the “Edit” button (top right). To delete an Item, select the “Trash Can” (bottom left).
Daily To-Do List
Use this section to keep a list of your non-negotiables – items that you need to do every day. You can change the order of the items on this list by tapping the “Edit” button (bottom left). After you complete an item, tap the “checkmark box” to the right of the item. You can uncheck all items on the list by tapping “Uncheck All” in the toolbar.
Add Item: To add an Item, tap the “+” button (top right). You can enter as much information as you want, the only required section is the Item.
Item Details: This screen shows you the details of the item. To mark the item as completed, tap the “checkmark box” (bottom right). To edit the item, tap the “Edit” button (top right). To delete an Item, select the “Trash Can” (bottom left).
Quotes & Affirmations
Use this section to keep a list of your Quotes & Affirmations. You can sort your Quotes by Author (default), Category, and Favorites. To change the default sort option, go to the “Settings & Support” section. You can sort your Affirmations by Category and Favorites. The instructions below apply to both sections:
Add Quotes & Affirmations: To add a Quote or Affirmation, select the “+” button (top right). When adding a Quote or Affirmation, you have the option to add text or a photo from your photo library. To add a photo, tap the “camera” button in the toolbar. If you want to edit a photo, tap the “camera” button.
Quote & Affirmation Details: This screen shows you details about your Quote or Affirmation. To mark a Quote or Affirmation as a Favorite, tap the “heart” button in the toolbar. To share a Quote or Affirmation, tap the “action” button (bottom right). To edit the details, tap the “Edit” button (top right). To delete a Quote or Affirmation, select the “Trash Can” (bottom left).
Journal
The Journal section includes the Morning Journal and the Evening Journal. The instructions below are for both sections.
New Entry: Add an entry to the Morning or Evening Journal by tapping the “+” button (top right). You can add as much information as you want, none of the sections are required, but you need to complete as least one of the sections. To bookmark an entry, tap the “bookmark” button (bottom right).
Entry Details: This screen shows you the details of the entry. To bookmark an entry, tap the “bookmark” button (bottom right). For the Morning Journal, tap the “calendar” button (in the toolbar) to view the entry for that Evening. For the Evening Journal, tap the “calendar” button (in the toolbar) to view the entry for the Morning. To edit the entry, tap the “Edit” button (top right). To delete an entry, select the “Trash Can” (bottom left).
Monthly Review
Use this section to review your performance each month (or as frequently or infrequently as you want). The Monthly Reviews will be sorted by date.
Add Review: To add a Review, tap the “+” button (top right). You can enter as much information as you want, the only required section is the Title. To add a Rating, tap the stars.
Item Details: This screen shows you the details of the Review. To edit the Review, tap the “Edit” button (top right). To delete an Item, select the “Trash Can” (bottom left).
Lifestyle Assessment
This section has a Lifestyle Assessment that you can take to help you figure out what is going well in your life and where you need to improve. There are 14 sections, including Health, Diet, Fitness, Career, etc.). You can complete the Assessment as often as you want.
Add Assessment: To add an Assessment, tap the “+” button (top right). For each section, you have the option to rate each section, only leave a comment or notes, or both. Once you complete the Assessment, you will get a total for the sections you rated. You can use this total to help your determine what goals you want to set.
Assessment Details: This screen shows you the details of the Assessment. To view the Total for the Assessment, tap the “Total” button (in the toolbar). To edit the Assessment, tap the “Edit” button (top right). To delete an Assessment, select the “Trash Can” (bottom left).
Options & Support

Sort Default: Set sort default for Goals, Action Plan, Quotes and Affirmations
Help / Feedback: In this section, you can access the User’s Guide, Instructions for Backing up Data, and if you have any questions, issues or feedback, select “Email Developer to send me an email. If you are having an issue, please include a screenshot.
